If, contrary to our expectations, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team will require a copy of the order confirmation to process a return.

AUTHORIZATION OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item shows major signs of use and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and box) as you originally received it. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved.

Once your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

SHIPMENT

If you want to return your product, you must first send us an email to infogoodsgreatest@gmail.com . You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods. You should consider tracking the return of your package. Because we do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
